Marble SMS Opt-In

1. About This Program
Truffle Technologies Inc., doing business as Marble ("Marble," "we," "us," or "our"), sends transactional purchase-order text messages to vendors on behalf of the restaurants they supply — including order details, confirmations, and delivery coordination. This page lets a vendor confirm consent to receive those messages. Consent is provided by the vendor directly and cannot be transferred through a restaurant.
2. Consent and Opt-In
Vendors opt in to receive text messages directly from Marble — either by confirming consent on this page (typically via a secure link sent by a restaurant partner) or by texting a start keyword to our number. A restaurant may invite a vendor to opt in, but Marble only sends messages to vendors who have themselves provided consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with any Marble customer.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on purchasing activity. Vendors may receive messages each time a restaurant customer places or modifies a purchase order through the Marble platform.
4. Opting Out
Vendors can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Marble. A final confirmation message will be sent, and no further messages will be delivered unless the vendor re-subscribes. We honor all standard opt-out keywords, including STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at support@joinmarble.com.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and Marble is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
6. Privacy
